A picture posted by beau Kushal Tandon might get Gauahar Khan into legal trouble because it show's her posing on the February cover of a well known magazine, but aaah she actually wasn't on the cover, it was done out of fun! (Ajay Devgn was on the cover!)

According to reports, Gauahar was contacted immediately regarding this pic but because it was on Kushal's account so she couldn't take it down.
Stardust now plans to take up this matter legally against the person who's used the masthead without their permission.
We hope she doesn't get pulled into this litigation wala panga because after quite a long gap were we about to see her in Punjabi movies!
