Facing the National Highway located at Alipur, the showroom sites measure 50’x100’, each measuring 5,000 sq ft. Interestingly, in Panchkula district there is no other commercial site which faces the highway. In addition to this, these sites will also have 200’x200’ parking space in the front. The buyers can build hotels, restaurants, car showrooms, shopping malls, etc. on these plots. Also Read : Noted Sikh Scholar Dr. Rattan Singh Jaggi Honoured With Padma Shri
