Hrithik Roshan Is Dating A Punjaban. Who Is She?

From past few months, Bollywood actor Hrithik Roshan was grabbing a lot of eyeballs as he was spotted time and again with a beautiful mystery girl. Fans were quite intrigued to know about who this ‘mystery’ girl is.

Well, later it had come to light that the beautiful diva is none other than the gorgeous singer and actress Saba Azad. Though she is recognised for her works in ‘Mujhse Fraaandship Karoge’, ‘Dil Kabaddi’ and others but little did anybody know that she is a Punjaban! Yes, you read it right! Just like you even we were surprised to know that but recently in an interview the beautiful lady revealed that she is of Sikh origin and her mother is a Muslim.

In fact, Saba Grewal is her birth name but she chose to use her nani’s pen name, ‘Azad’ as her stage name. “I liked the sound of it and the meaning of course. The want for freedom is the most human instinct. So (with her permission) I adopted it as my stage name”, she revealed. Furthermore, belonging to a family of academics and artists, she went on to share that her parents are atheists who neither practiced religion nor imposed their opinions upon her. Saba belongs to Delhi who states that belonging to a normal middle-class upbringing, she had a lot of cultural exposure. “Theatre, cinema, dance, and music were a big part of my growing years”, she stated. Needless to say, this confession has surely made every Punjabi go gaga! And why not?
