Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor’s wedding is the talk of the town! The wedding, which will begin celebrations in the upcoming week has a lot of anticipation around it. Even though the couple have got NDAs signed and want it to keep a private affair, the fans are buzzing with excitement. To tell you more, the wedding will take place in proper Punjabi style and the duo will be following the familial ritual of serving langar post the wedding following in Rishi Kapoor and Neetu Kapoor’s footsteps. Even though the couple will not be present at the Gurudwara during the service, the servings and prayers will be offered on behalf of the married couple.
The celebrations will start on 13th April and go on till the main day which is 15th April 2022! It is also said that the wedding organizers are bound by a strict NDA (non-discloser agreement), and they won't be allowed to talk or leak any information or pictures from the big-fat Punjabi wedding. For the unversed, serving langar after the lavaan is a tradition widely followed in Sikh culture. After the Anand Karaj, the congregation is served Kara prasad. Further, when the guests have dispersed, they go straight to the langar hall where lunch is served.
