Punjabi film director Navtej Sandhu has made films like ‘Gawachi Pagg (2017)’ and ‘Jamraud (2019)’ and also short films like ‘Nooran (2013)’ and ‘Daughter of the Bin (2015)’ among others.
Earlier today, he took to his social media to share the sad news of his mother’s demise. The director, whose mother was in Canada passed away today, was heartbroken as he shared the news on his Facebook. Also Read: Congress Appoints Punjabi Actor Gulzar Inder Chahal As Their Treasurer!
His post was captioned, “My respected mother expired in Canada. ਬਹੁਤ ਯਾਦ ਆ ਰਹੇ ਹੋ ਮਾਂ, ਮੈਂਨੂੰ ਉਡੀਕ ਤਾਂ ਲੈਂਦੇ, ਆ ਤਾਂ ਰਿਹਾ ਸੀ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਮਿਲਣ ਮੈਂ RIP (My respected mother expired in Canada. I am missing you a lot mom, you should’ve called me at least, I was coming to meet you. RIP)”.
