Perfume: Another Hindi Film By Loud Roar Studios Announced!

Another film, named ‘Perfume’ has started its production on September 13, 2021. It will be produced by Harpreet Singh Devgun, Maninder Singh and Rahul Devgun under the banner of Loud Roar Studios.

After Gilehriyan, it is the second film by Loud Roar Studies being produced in Hindi. They have previously produced a Punjabi film, ‘Nadhoo Khan (2019)’. Also Read: Shilajeet : New Punjabi Movie Announced To Be Directed By Sunny Nahal!

Harpreet Singh Devgun, who even produced ‘Jora: The Second Chapter (2020)’, shared multiple pictures from the first day of shooting. The post was captioned, ‘Very soon Another Storyteller showcase beautiful story “Perfume” Thanks @rakesshhmehta bhaji special Thanks @sapan_manchanda_ bai @devgunrahul1 @manindersingh2310’

According to his post, we can see that the film will be directed by Rakesh Mehta, he has even directed movies like— ‘Nanak (2018)’, ‘Rang Panjab (2018)’, ‘Yaara Ve (2019)’ and ‘Ik Sandhu Hunda Si (2020)’. Also Read: Diljit Dosanjh And Amberdeep’s New Collaboration ‘Shikra’!

As far as the star cast of the film goes, we can see ‘Uda Aida (2019)’ actress, Poppy Jabbal holding the clapboard during the shoot. In an exclusive interview with GhaintPunjab, Jabbal told us that, “It is a short film and it’s only me and Preet Baath in the cast. The story is from a woman’s perspective (which is played by me)”.

When asked about why she chose to be a part of the film, she said, “First, the story is about a woman’s narrative, then, as an actor there is a lot to explore in the film. Additionally, she clarified that the story of the film is not at all related to the Hollywood film with the same name, ‘Perfume’.
