Actress Shilpa Shetty’s Latest Cardio in Bhangra Style Is a Proof That Workout Can Be Super Fun!

If you feel working out is a task and you really find difficult to get the daily motivation everyday. Then all you need to check out the latest video of Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty. Ofcourse, as we know, Shilpa undoubtedly is a major fitness freak and inspiration to many. She keeps posting videos of workout regime on her social media handle. Well, her recent post on Instagram proves that workout can be absolutely fun too.

Actually, On Monday, she shared a motivational workout video mixing cardio and bhangra. In the video, she can be seen doing side-to-side shuffle exercise at the gym to burn more calories while grooving to the Bollywood track ‘Saddi Galli Aaja’ while adding Bhangra to her cardio routine.

The video begins with her husband Raj Kundra announcing, “Bhangra pavan (Let’s do bhangra)”. Then, the actor did side-to-side shuffle on a 6-inch platform. “Try performing 3 to 4 rounds of 1 minute each. Rest for 1 minute after every round. Increasing the platform height will increase the intensity. As soon as she shared the video, it received a hilarious response from her friends. Cricketer Harbhajan Singh commented, “Balle balle khich k shava shava (with a clapping hand emoji)” whereas her husband commented, “Proud of you looks like the Punjabi bug has finally bit you after all these years”.
