His son Stalinveer Singh is a well-established video director in the Punjabi music industry. Being an avid writer, he also had an eye for the right person who could bring justice to his songs and make his words reach the audience in the right way he wrote them. So when he found Harjit Harman he got his man and thereof he started his journey as a lyricist with Harjit. Harjit Harman was the singer who majorly sang songs written by Pargat Singh.
