In a recent chat show, when he was asked his motivation, Satinder said “MS Randhawa is my biggest idol and I am a diehard fan of his books because he did all the efforts within his strengths to rehabilitate the people who came to India from Pakistan, leaving everything behind. I always wanted to be a multifaceted person like him and that’s what pushes me to learn something new with each passing day.”
Satinder Sartaaj believes that having ‘ Sartaaj’ in the name is itself a responsibility and he has worked hard to justify this title in his name because this name evokes a sense of responsibility within him, a responsibility which comes from the respect given to him by his fans and admirers. Sartaaj considers himself as a lucky person because he has been blessed equally by God as well as his fans. This is so because God gave him his artistic instincts and the fans are the ones who gave him name and fame.
Well Satinder, you are indeed blessed because not everyone gets whatever you have achieved by the age of 36!
