Just recently, Punjabi artist Gippy Grewal and his brother Sippy Grewal have both grabbed our attention for their new home in Australia but to our surprise, it has been put up for sale.

The duo along with Kamal Grewal had built this through a property development company called Alaxia homes and from what we know, they've spent quite an amount on the masterpiece that was only finished in February.

According to an Australian portal, this new property, is jam-packed with luxury features throughout and offers an enviable lifestyle.

While interacting with the portal, Gippy said that they were on a lookout for a place that could keep them in awe forever. He further said that they were looking for a luxurious home with literally everything.

“Basically we wanted everything in it. It is very luxurious – I used to joke with my brother that he’s like a kid who’s gone to a toy shop. He wants everything, and I think he got it. During the construction stage if he saw something new or exciting he tried to include it," quoted Gippy.

Not only is the home beautiful but also functional. With luxury, the home also offers an adequate amount of comfort. A four bedroom house, this one is designed for open-plan living.

“When we designed the home we wanted all the living areas to have an element of comfort – so there’s a gas heater in the master bedroom upstairs and that same heater heats the balcony as well. The kitchen, which opens out to a family room, features a striking breakfast bar, electronic drawers, Miele appliances and an in-built aquarium. The kitchen bench is Onyx stone and it’s hand-laid and joined together with resin, and that allows the light to pass through the agate features. The dining table is the same and we have an LED illuminated strip under it as well which gives a really good effect," he added.

Outside, the home has an alfresco area complete with an outdoor kitchen with a Beefeater barbecue (this is where they spend most of their time), a Smeg gas cooktop and a Miele dishwasher. It overlooks an inground magnesium pool with a retractable deck and electric heating. Nearby is a cedar wood sauna, and an outdoor shower with a powder room.

“With the huge 8m bifold doors it opens up to the one area if you want to. It’s great for entertaining, especially with the retractable deck over the pool. It’s got a huge capacity in terms of how many people it can fit because it’s been engineered to hold four tonnes. Everyone who comes over enjoys the home – people can’t believe this level of quality can be achieved."

The no-expense-spared build features a raft of technical additions, including electronic toilets, light-up mirrors, solar panels, glass fireplaces, a security system with fingerprint ID, LED lighting and light strips in the bulkhead ceilings.

“It would suit people who want to live life and enjoy it, but it’s really ideal for families with children – it could cater to a range of buyers,” Mr Grewal says.

“We’ll miss almost everything – it’s a beautiful house, but we’re selling because we have plans to move interstate.”
