Kapil Sharma's Firangi Trailer Is A Winner In Itself, Loved The Entire Bit!
Comedian cum actor turned producer Kapil Sharma is back on the big screen and after all the negative news about him, here's a reason to be super happy!
The trailer of his much awaited film 'Firangi' is Out and we loved it:
After watching the trailer all I have to say that I am pretty excited over the fact that this movie seems to be much more promising that his previous rom-com 'Kis Kis Ko Pyaar Karun', which was a disaster.
This movie is a period film, showing the pre-independence era, where Kapil plays the role of a villager named Manga. A good for nothing chap, he is belittled by most of the people in the village. Somehow he manages to get a job under the British rulers and tries to convince everyone around that Britishers are not bad people.
Firangi has two female leads - Ishita Dutta who seems to be Kapil’s love interest and other one is our very own Kaptaan actress Monica Gill. Monica's role is seemingly of a British princess and that is all we could guess from the very little screen time she had in the trailer. This being Monica’s maiden Bollywood project, we are excited to watch her part in the full film.
Another Punjabi connection of the movie is that the music is given by Jatinder Shah who is the most renowned music producer in our industry.
We hope that Firangi's storyline engages the audience and Kapil succeeds in showing his acting skills to the utmost..Waise sanu ta trailer bahut vdiya lgeya!
