Anoop Singh, the 11 year old son of Manjeet Ral and Nindy Kaur is launching himself as a singer in the music industry with his first solo single titled' You Can’t Stop This Party' featuring Toronto bred rapper Humble The Poet and India’s much loved rapper Raftaar.
Inspired by Hip Hop videos, the single was shot at a number of locations worldwide including Canada, Mumbai, South of France, LA to name a few. Directed by Director Birdi and Manj Musik and styled by Nindy Kaur, this song has been penned by Anoop with inputs from Humble and Raftaar.
Anoop Singh who goes by the stage name Noopsta states, “I am very fortunate to have parents who have been in the music business for over 3 decades now. I always dreamt of being a musician since childhood but I wanted to first train professionally as a singer before taking the big leap SO I AM LEARNING TABLA AND KEYBOARD IN SCHOOL AND FROM MY DAD AS WELL AS PRODUCING BEATS ON MY LAPTOP. I am working on a couple of singles that will be released later this year and my parents are also helping me to feature on a Bollywood track WHICH WOULD BE AWESOME LOL. Though I’d love to collaborate with WEEKEND OR FUTURE OR JUSTIN someday .”
In the past, Anoop had inspired Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar to title his film Singh Is Bling when the latter launched a school music project titled Bling Bling Mr Singh featuring RDB. Anoop has had the privilege of meeting Akshay, T-Pain, Ludacris, Snoop Dogg, Shilpa Shetty, Bipasha Basu and many more because of the good offices his illustrious parents enjoy in the global film and music industry.
This is the first time a child has made a professional music video featuring some of the biggest artists from one side of the globe to the other in the Punjabi urban pop industry. This song is the first of a kind in merging children with Punjabi pop urban sounds and desi hip hop in one…..Ground breaking for its kind.
The single will be released worldwide on Manj Musik's YouTube channel and will also be promoted by him, AK Projects and One Digital Entertainment platforms on 1st August 2017.
