Jeeti of Punjab 1984 to Raano of Manje Bistre, Sonam Bajwa is surely a rage in Pollywood these days. Many love her for her tremendous acting skills and many others follow her for her unique style statement. Not often do we see Punjabi actresses dressed up so appropriately that not only men but even women fall for them. Not sure whether Sonam wants such attention but she’s surely surpassed the Pollywood actresses in terms of her spectacular dressing sense during her recent public appearances.

Sonam was busy with her recent promotional tour of Manje Bistre but beside her busy schedule, this actress made sure she grabs the right kinda attention with her uncanny dresses too. Well, we won’t hesitate in giving her the title of the most stylish Punjabi actress, after seeing her Manje Bistre promotional looks.

Sonam kick started her promotional tour with some back to back interviews in Chandigarh and that’s when she was first sighted wearing a dress. A Zara knee length blue dress with light floral print was her pick of the day. Though many were skeptical about her sitting on a Manja with that dress but she shushed them all by being pretty comfortable while answering confidently without exposing any extra skin. Her make up was subtle and her hair was neat and straight.

She went ethnic for the day 2 of her Chandigarh interviews. She choose a beautiful pastel pink coloured suit with gotta work and teamed it with a Punjabi jutti and heavy earrings! Well, we loved her in this look.

During the press conference in Chandigarh Sonam opted for something different and it was worth seeing the camera flashing at her continously. She wore a skirt with kurta and dupatta. Something very perfect for a breezy summer afternoon. She wore the prefect colours. Light colours – soothing to the eye, and thumbs up for the jutti again.

For Delhi tour, Bajwa wore a pleated white pant teamed with a crisp white shirt. Not everyone can wear this combination par excellence but she nailed it with her ultra toned figure. Super stylish!

The moment she posted this picture, our jaw dropped. Like a diva, she wore an alluring white suit by Anjul Bhandari. Her hair was neatly tied in a bun with braids to give her face that perfect finesse.

We couldn’t get enough of this look and seems like she also loved it, therefore the multiple clicks and videos she posted on her Insta.

Check out the perfect turquoise jhumkis she wore with this suit!

Yet another pastel with chikankari work..she sizzled in this one too. Huge eaqrlieces and wavy hair made this summery pastel a must have.

On Vaisakhi this beauty choose a more embroidered look. She wore an anarkali suit with flowers embroidered on the her net dupatta and her pajamas were flared with a thick lace. The outfit was attention grabbing and was designed by Anju Modi.

Now that she had already won our hearts with the promotional looks, how could she not ace it for the film’s premiere. Like a dusky princess, she entered wearing a nude shade gown with while embroidery. Oh whatta beauty she looked.

The outfit was by Harpreet and Rimple Narula and the jewellery was by fabindia. Her wavy locks looked heavenly.

Overall, we are glad that there is someone putting efforts in taking the fashion sense of Punjabi actresses to a new height. As of now, all we can say is that Sonam is the only style diva in Pollywood.

Things you should note:

Check out her perfect nude and coral make up for summers. Don’t go too dramatic with the eyes. Just a light blush and earthy lips would give you just the right look.

The colours she is wearing are all pastels or whites. These are the colours for summers – soothing to the eyes.

Don’t wear heavy clothing! If you really wanna feel dressy then try wearing heavy ear pieces rather than over embroidered attire.
