We have got insights about Ammy’s leading lady in Saab Bahadar. The teaser and the poster of Saab Bahadar are out and though Ammy is seen everywhere on it but we couldn't catch even the bleakest glimpse of the girl who is making her debut with this movie and that too opposite Ammy.

We thought of catching hold of debutante actress Preet Kamal and asking her about her role in Saab Bahadur and some insights about the movie.



Preet Kamal has done short Hindi films and Saab Bahadar is her big break. She had earlier auditioned for Mandy's role in Sardaarji but things didn’t work out then and she was dropped. Later the producer of Saab Bahadar, Gunbir Sidhu, approached her again and this time to lead in Saab Bahadur and she said yes.

Preet exclusively told GhaintPunjab about her role in Saab Bahadur. She is the leading lady opposite Ammy Virk and they have a subtle love story running parallel to a thriller. She plays the role of Deepty who stays with her mother. Deepty is a young girl who keeps herself busy with cultural activities. In the movie, Deepty lives in a house, the ground floor of which is rented out to police walas. Because of the never ending chaos at the police station, Deepty keeps fighting with Ammy as she gets disturbed.

We didn’t see her in the teaser nor the posters, we asked her the reason behind it and here's what she said:

"The producers have their own strategy  of going about it. With the posters and the teaser they just wanted to highlight the thriller part and Ammy’s role. The trailer will be releasing soon and you’d see me in it."



Though there's a buzz otherwise but we'll keep shush till the actual reason comes afloat! ;-p
