From April 29th-30th, a four day Punjabi film festival will make waves all across The Canadian city, Surrey.

Ma Boli International Punjabi Film Festival – A celebration of Global Punjabi Cinema, is all set to bring Punjabi films from all genres to a single platform for Punjabi movie buffs.

Punjabi filmmakers worldwide are progressing from strength to strength in the art of film making, be it cinematography, sound, or editing.

Ma Boli International Film Festival will showcase global Punjabi films for North American audiences and this festival aims at promoting Punjabi films and filmmakers. There will also be special film workshops, seminars and the association is taking a step ahead to recognize and reward the short film makers who've delivered some meaningful work.

This one is scheduled to be held from April 2017 at different venues in Surrey.

This film festival is being organized by Studio 7 Production Surrey, Canada, a group of Punjabi Filmmakers based in Vancouver, Surrey, and Abbotsford.
