"Golak Bugni Bank Te Batua” To Bring Harish Verma & Amrinder Gill Back On Screen Together!
An all new Punjabi film is ready to entertain the audience and this one has a pretty quirky title.
Named "Golak Bugni Bank Te Batua”, this upcoming release stars the Daddy Cool Munde Fool duo Amrinder Gill and Harish Verma. The team is shooting in full swing and the locations are in and around Tricity itself.
"Golak Bugni Bank Te Batua” stars Harish Verma and the Rabb Da Radio actress Simi Chahal in lead roles and this is the very first time that this pair is coming together onscreen. But what excites us even more is the Harish and Amrinder package. Harish was seen in a handful of movies in the year gone by but none was upto his calibre. Now, on one hand he is a part of the big budget release Subedar Joginder Singh and on the other hand it is this film that is seemingly promising for the actor's career.
Though Amrinder's being in this movie isn't yet confirmed but according to our sources, he is making a comeback with this film. Last he was seen in the the 2017 release Vekh Barataan Chaliyan but his wasn't the lead role. In 'Golk Bugni...' Amrinder has a pivotal part to play.
Harish Verma and Amrinder Gill were also seen together in the 2014 rom com Happy Go Lucky but the movie didn’t make it big. But in 'Daddy Cool Munde Fool' which released in 2013, this duo complimented each other and the movie was a laughter riot. It seems that Rhythm Boyz Entertainment take Amrinder Gill as their lucky mascot. We have been seeing the actor in most of their movies. Be it a lead role or a special appearance like the one one in Binnu Dhillon starrer Vekh Baraatan Chaliyan, Amrinder is made a part of their films.
This production house should also be complimented for exploring new talent, especially in terms of lead female faces. From Simi Chahal to Kavita Kaushik and Navneet Banga, they have brought in talented new faces to Punjabi screens and the girls are now doing pretty well for themselves.
Simi win herself the 2017 Filmfare best debutante and Kavita Kaushik bagged a film opposite Gurdas Mann whereas Navneet is now doing a music video with none other than Gippy Grewal!
