'Suit Suit' singer Guru Randhawa is becoming the new rage in B-town. One after another, his tracks are making their place in some great Bollywood movies. Well, it is for sure a matter of pride for all Punjabis that our Punjabi singer has taken such a leap in B-town.
Last year Guru Randhawa garnered fame with his track Suit Suit which featured in Irrfan Khan’s Hindi Medium. The song was a little changed but it was this track which made him get more work in Bollywood. Next on the list was his track in Vidya Balan starrer Tumhari Sullu, Banja Tu meri Rani, which originally featured in MTV Spoken words.
This time the singer is working again with the iconic actor Irrfan khan and his leadin lady is Kirti Kulhari. The song is for the movie 'Black Mail' which is directed by Abhinay Deo. It seems the singer would be featuring in the song too. Since the singer has been signed under Tseries he has been taking big leaps in the industry, not to forget that even this one is under Tseries.
A few days ago, Guru got emotional and shared a heart wrenching message on his social media saying that he has seen it all from the small to the big and from knowing just Maruti and Tata Sumo to owning a Mercedes. Here is what he quoted “My journey from a village to big cities is such a blessing. I still remember we never knew that Mercedes, BMW are car brands too, We in our village only knew about Maruti, Tata Sumo and this was in 1998, 2002 But Mercedes seems nice when you earn it. From streets to Billboard is all because of you guys. Make sure you guys work hard for your dream and keep the spirit high always. Love G”
The singer has surely worked hard in the industry. The news about the singer soon turning into an actor is doing rounds. He has signed a Punjabi movie but nothing about it has yet been leaked in the market. We wish Guru all the best for his Bollywood project and we are excited to see him act too.
