One such film was Bollywood’s superhit flick, ‘3 Idiots’ which starred Aamir Khan, R. Madhavan and Sharman Joshi in the lead roles.

Jimmy Sheirgill has always been very popular because of his chocolaty boy looks and his versatility in acting in both Punjabi and Hindi films. The actor, no doubt, has always brought versatility in his roles from ‘Munna Bhai MBBS’ to ‘Tanu Weds Manu’ but he always holds a regret of losing lead role in Raj Kumar Hirani’s ‘3 Idiots’. During an interview, he had revealed that he was supposed to be one of the ‘Idiots’ in ‘3 Idiots’ but lost the role for some reason while he was shooting in America that time. He never really speaks about this film much as nothing worked out but this is one role which he always regrets losing.
