Week 1:

To start off we have a special film dedicated to all the mothers and the sacrifices they make for their kids…

Maa

Releasing on Mother’s Day aka May 6, 2022, ‘Maa’ is a story about a mother and her two sons. Written by Rana Ranbir and directed by Baljit Singh Deo, this one appears to be a drama. Week 2:

Coming to the second week we have the fun and quirky ‘Saunkan Saunkne’ releasing on May 13, 2022.

Saunkan Saunkne

Starring Ammy Virk, Sargun Mehta and Nimrat Khaira, ‘Saunkan Saunkne’ is helmed by Amarjit Singh Saron. The poster of the film implies Ammy Virk shuffling between the ladies Saukan, played by Sargun, and Saunkne, played by Nimrat, which further leads to a heart-filling comedy as both try to get the upper hand in their relationship. Kokka

Another Gurnam Bhullar film, ‘Kokka’ will feature Neeru Bajwa as the female lead! Considering both the actors have such huge fan bases, this one is expected to have a good turnout. Directed by Rupinder Inderjit, the poster of this romantic film hints toward an unconventional love between people with a huge age gap. Are you excited to see this new on-screen pairing? Week 4:

After a breezy fourth week, we have a clash between Harbhajan Maan's 'PR' and the dark, action-based sequel ‘Dakuaan Da Munda 2’. Being two completely different kinds of films, it might be easier for the audience to choose which one they’d like to watch since both are releasing on May 27…

After a long wait, Sardool Sikander’s last film ‘PR’ will finally release on 27th May 2022. Directed by Manmohan Singh, the movie will also star Harbhajan Mann, Delbar Arya, Amar Noorie and others in it.

Dakuaan Da Munda 2

Completely opposite to the above-mentioned film, ‘Dakuaan Da Munda 2’ is expected to be a biographical story. Since the 2018 ‘Dakuaan Da Munda’ depicted the life of Mintu Gurusaria, a gangster, the second part will likely show what happens next in his life. Written by Mandeep Benipal, this one will star Dev Kharoud and Japji Khera in it!
