In the ongoing domestic violence case against rapper-singer Yo Yo Honey Singh, a Delhi court has issued a notice to Honey Singh after his wife, Shalini Talwar filed a fresh plea against him. The complaint seeked at restraining her husband from creating third-party rights of the immovable and movable assets owned by him or his companies in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Reportedly, Metropolitan Magistrate Tania Singh has asked the rapper to submit the documents of his companies which are situated abroad.
Shalini has revealed that the singer had purchased a ‘posh villa’ in Dubai for her through one of his companies bulit abroad. She went on to claim that the singer had given her rights and control over all his moveable and immovable assets in Dubai through General Power of Attorney on November 19, 2019. The court has listed the proceedings for further hearing on September 17.
