Punjabi singer Gurdas Maan had invited a fresh controversy after he referred the chief of a dera and Nakodar Sain Laddi Shah as one of the descendants of Guru Amardas ji and the video fo the same went viral. But now, a day after his video went viral and sikh community got enraged, veteran singer has released a video apologising over the statement.
In the video that he shared on his social media, he said that his intentions were never to hurt anybody’s sentiments. While giving his clarifications on Nakodar statement he said that he had mentioned of Sikh's third guru, Sri Guru Amardas Ji who hailed from Bhalla family and his ‘sai’ ji also hailed from the same family but he can never think of making a comparison of almighty with anyone.
