Jatt and Juliet, the 2012 release that had an unexpectedly thumping box-office success turned many heads, and even Bollywood makers gave quite a notice to this one. It also was the first Punjabi movie whose rights had been bought by Bollywood and is already in news for it's Hindi remake.
It's sequel - Jatt and Juliet 2 followed just a year later and from what we've heard, it's rights have also been bought but by Filmmaker Vasu Manthena, for its Telugu adaptation.
Now, the makers are all geared up for Jatt and Juliet 3. While the news about this project has been kept under closed wraps but we did sniff something in the air and thought of telling you about it.
According to sources, two names had come up for this film's direction, that of Pankaj Batra and Simerjit Singh. Pankaj Batra has already worked with Diljit Dosanjh in Sajjan Singh Rangroot while Simerjit and Diljit haven't worked together in any project. Earlier, Pankaj was said to be onfloor for the film but now sources are pointing towards the latter as final.
Soon after Diljit's Soorma releases, he would reportedly start shooting for JJ3.
