Bathinda Born Mehreen Pirzada Makes Her Bollywood Debut With 'Phillauri'
Wo ho ho..Punjabi girls are already triumphant and in Tollywood they've made a very important place for themselves.
After a lot of Punjabans making news in South, here's a Bathinda born model turned actress Mehreen Pirzada who'll be seen in Anushka and Diljit starrer Phillauri, which will mark her Bollywood debut.
She's pretty excited and her energy could easy be felt in this tweet:
Born in Bathinda, Punjab, 21 year old Mehreen made her acting debut in Tollywood through the movie Krishna Gaadi Veera Prema Gaadha. A well trained Bharatnatyam dancer, Mehreen is a pre-national air pistol shooter as well!
Mehreen made her first ramp walk at the age of 10 years and won the title of 'Kasauli Princess' at a beauty pageant. She was later crowned as Miss Personality of South Asia Canada 2013' in Toronto. Following that, she walked the ramp for popular designers and acted in many a commercial ads in Canada and India. She was also the Face of Dove India The Dove Foundation India (International Print), associated with Nikon (TVC and Print Media), Pears Disney Cinderella (TVC and Theatre Ads) and shot a Thumbs Up Ad in Tamil with the Tamil actor Vishal.
With just one project in 2016, the actress welcomed new year with as many as five films in hand, both in Tollywood and Bollywood.

Though she's climbing the success ladder now but we'd surely love to see a pretty actress like her gracing the screens of Punjabi film lovers.
