This B-town Actor Lashed Out At Filmfare For Awarding Diljit Dosanjh!
Yes, the turbannator has made many b-town actors jealous and the one who has blurted out his annoyance loud enough is debut actor Harshvardhan Kapoor, son of Anil Kapoor.
The Mirzya actor in an interview to Mid-Day lashed out at Filmfare for giving the award to the Diljit Dosanjh. He expressed his displeasure over not winning the award and said, “Although I picked up two debutant awards earlier, I was really looking forward to winning the black lady. But I guess every awards event has its own parameters. I’ll be honest, though. I think a debutant award is meant for someone working on his first film. It shouldn’t go to an actor who has worked in several films in another industry or language.”

Diljit Dosanjh has been in the Punjabi film scene for quite a few years which led to Harshvardhan adding more, “For instance, if Leonardo DiCaprio works in a Hindi film, is he making an acting debut? He has already worked in so many Hollywood films.”
Currently, Harshvardhan is busy working on his second film Bhavesh Joshi.
